. This is the fastest route and the one we monitor most closely. We usually reply within two business days; if a question needs us to re-check pricing with an installer, it can take a little longer.

Reporting an error
Corrections are the messages we most want to receive. To make one actionable, tell us which guide, which figure, and what you saw instead — a dated quote, an invoice, a current retail price. We re-check the figure against current sources, correct it if it is wrong, and note the change on the page. What we can and can’t do
We are glad to point you to the right guide, explain how a sizing formula works, or clarify where a cost figure came from. What we cannot do is act as your consultant: we don’t design a system for a specific property, interpret a lab report on your behalf, or recommend a particular installer. Those decisions need someone who can see your water report and your house, and who carries the licence and the liability that goes with the advice.
Business enquiries
Advertising and press enquiries go to the same address. To save everyone time: we do not accept sponsored posts, paid guest articles, paid link placements, or any arrangement that puts a brand inside an editorial verdict. Display advertising is sold separately from the editorial work and never buys a conclusion.
